On November 7th, the Human Resources Development Committee (chair: Mr. ASADA Kazushige, Teijin Polyester (Thailand) Ltd.) held a HRD seminar at hotel in Bangkok for Thai employees of 杏巴原创 member companies. A total of 120 participants attended the seminar.


The seminar featured Mr. Supawit from Beyond Training as the instructor. Under the theme “Logical Thinking Skills for Problem Solving” required of Thai Managers, he introduced business improvement concepts that had been practically implemented in Japanese companies, combining lectures with interactive group work.


The Participants found the seminar highly beneficial for practical application, gaining insight into the value of logical thinking when addressing advanced business challenges through clear and relatable examples.
